Revisit to Malacca

Here we go again. . Malacca Trip. This was the fourth time we went to Malacca City. The first trip to Malacca was with my course mates, second trip with my boyfriend's coursemates, the third time with his aunt (just drove to Malacca to eat the cendol at Jonker 88...).

We took the 9am Transnational bus to Malacca from the temporary bus station at Bukit Jalil Stadium. We started off by taking the Rapid bus T628 to Asia Jaya Lrt Station.

It was raining heavily that morning and we had just 1 umbrella. Strong wind and heavy rain which our small green umbrella couldn't resist much. We got a bit wet and felt cold when the wind blew towards us...

Then we took the LRT to Masjid Jamek to change to Star Line LRT to Chan Sow Lin Station and shifted to another route to the Bukit Jalil. Sounds troublesome right? Indeed it was really TROUBLESOME.

I left my umbrella in the Star Line LRT when we shifted to another train to the Bukit Jalil Stadium.. I miss my umbrella so much especially the few small holes that my cute little hamster bit..

Anyway, gone is gone. Luckily, when we reached the Bukit Jalil Bus station, the rain had stopped.

On the way to the bus station, we bought some breakfast at a stall nearby. We bought fried rice, noodles, fishball and nuggets..

Our bus started off at 9am sharp and we reached Malacca Sentral at 10.40am. When we alighted from the bus, we straight away went to the city bus station and tried to wait for the bus to the city.

We walked everywhere to search for the bus that we took during the previous trip to Malacca. No sign of the bus. We had to took another old bus from Malacca Sentral to Mahkota Parade shopping mall. The bus was very old and no air-conditioner.
There was a big hole on the roof of the bus...
 Us.. in the old bus..
Then we went into Mahkota Parade shopping mall to walk around and to cool down ourselves from the hot humid weather outside.
At that time, we had no idea where we were. We just followed our instinct and keep walking. Then we saw a familiar shopping mall opposite the Mahkota Parade. Yeah! It was the Dataran Pahlawan!
We knew the way to our hotel already. We were so happy.
We took some time to take picture as it was still early to check in..
It was the Pesta Masakan Event on that day. There were many stalls selling their special delicacies..

Me in front of the Jonker Street
Then we had lunch at the infamous shop of Jonker 88.
We ordered two bowls of fishball noodles and two cendols.
We took a picture with the snake for RM10. The picture was printed out automatically using Canon portable printer.
I just love the lights and the butterfly decoration in one of the shopping mall...
We saw a cute cat beside the road to 'A Famosa'
Nice grafitti
Preserved honey lime at San Shu Gong Shop which sells local popular snacks
