We were hungry but yet we were so picky that we almost walked the whole theme park before deciding what to eat..At last we chose this; pork ball and beef noodles. Rm18 -Rm25 each bowl. The taste was below average and it was very oily.

4 June 2012  OCT East Shenzhen
We took an hour bus ride from the hotel to this renowned theme park.  We were approached by some locals and they persuaded us to buy the tickets+ bus ride from them. But having heard from many that there are a lot of scams around, we did not  purchase the tickets from them. Instead we went our own way to the theme park. We bought the ticket for 150 yuan and waited the No.909 bus to bring us to the valley which is situated on a hill.

Teatime: We had a bowl of bean curd and sweet potato.

 Lion dance performance

After that, we walked to the Bamboo Valley

So green!

A swing made of bamboo

Chairs made of bamboo as well. It was cooling ~

He spotted a huge ant

He is always good in posing. Mine sucks.. That's the reason why you never see me posing with the gigantic insects..

Arm wrestling. 3..2...1... go!

I was speechless when I saw this scenery. Took a moment to believe that I was there that time

Everything is big in China! Look at the suspension bridge.

Our friends had fun swaying the bridge.. Luckily nothing happens lol

A reminder for our friends. Kekeke

We reached here at last.. So tired of walking.

Wish that the time would stop at that time

The sunset

With the big red lady bug at the entrance of the park

He's with a colourful cow. Somehow I think that they look alike. Kekekee

Look at the scenery! Really breathtaking even though the sun was scorching hot that day

Okay. I surrender. I had to use my super weapon; umbrella. =P

Beautiful red spiral stairs

Aquariums with very big fish! Not sure what type of fish is it..

Admiring at the beautiful landscape

On the way to the Land of pumpkin!

Pumpkins!

Look at this! it was gigantic!

I was told that the pumpkin was brought to outer space before, that's why the size was so gigantic! Can you believe it? 130 kg!!!

After that, we went to the bird park.

With the white parrots.

Here we are! Interlaken Market. Not many shops were open that time.

A beautifully decorated train. Too bad it was not moving.. This Swiss inspired park looks more like a dead city to me. .

But we had fun capturing pictures wherever we want to =)

Some tourists were there..

Posing with the bronze statue

Love the warm-coloured cottage house.

"Wanna have a date with me?"

Ooh.. So beautiful..

The geese having a relaxing time at the man-made lake

Leaving the park

Saw this when we were leaving. It was a real person sprayed with gold and bronze powder all over the body
Really enjoyed ourselves and had fun taking pictures with the beautiful landscape as background. If you're going to Shenzhen, I'd recommend this place for picture-taking.
