We all know doing some physical activities bring benefits to us but we just don't have the time to do it. You can say that there's always a reason of procrastinating but this is the truth. 24 hours a day is just so limited. Wake up and go to work in the morning and reach home after the sunset. This is the typical daily life of a Malaysian.
However, I'm still trying my best to walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator when I am at work. And I try to make time for an hour of badminton on Sundays.. There is a newly opened badminton court opposite Jaya One; Lot 9 Badminton Court.
http://lot9badminton.blogspot.com/ It is opened daily, if I'm not mistaken but I usually go there on the weekend. I think the court rental is reasonably priced at Rm10 an hour. There are many badminton courts around in PJ but they are mostly overpriced.
After an hour of sweating, we; my siblings, my bf and I will go to our usual dinner place at Oiso Korean traditional and cuisine cafe at The Sphere mall. The Sphere mall is located in Bangsar in which you have to pass by the Universiti LRT station. For a detailed location please view the map below.
We found that Oiso is indeed a great place to have a comfortable, pleasant and lip-smacking Korean food. They have refillable Banchan/ side dishes such as kimchi, sweet anchovies, spinach, sweet and spicy lotus root and also slices of egg like tamago. The price is fair and the portion of food is sufficient even for the hungry ones. Each meal costs from Rm10.90 to Rm30.
My favourite food is Bibimbap and their Kimchi fried rice. This is a highly recommended place for a good dinner.
Some of the pictures below were taken when we went there last week.
